LATEST HIKING ADVENTURES
In the Lake George area, the mountains like Adirondack are like heaven for hikers. Various Lake George hiking trails have spectacular views and make for a great weekend escape.
Lake Placid in New York has previously held the Winter Olympic Games but during the summer, this attractive alpine village situated in Adirondack Park is a delightful getaway. Lake Placid hiking is some of the best in the east coast, you won't want to miss out.

Terrain Rating: Moderate but steep
It may not seem like Spring yet in Boston, but at least the snow is melting! True spring is just around the corner, which means mountains all over New England will be a lot more accessible for those who haven't invested in winter hiking gear. Personally, I haven't invested in a pair of snowshoes yet, so I'm excited to just have my hiking boots on come April. What destinations are you most excited about from April to October?
